SHINE EAST General Contracting Est. (SEC) is urgently hiring TUV Certified Scaffolders, Mechanical Technicians, and TIG & ARC Welders for an industrial project at Ma’aden, Taif, Saudi Arabia. Position Overview

Scaffolders, Mechanical Technicians, and TIG & ARC Welders play essential roles in industrial construction and maintenance projects. Scaffolders provide safe access platforms for workers performing tasks at height. Mechanical Technicians install, maintain, inspect, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure reliable plant operations. TIG & ARC Welders perform precision welding on pipes, structural steel, and industrial equipment while maintaining high-quality workmanship and complying with project specifications and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will carry out responsibilities according to their respective trade. Scaffolders will assemble, inspect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Mechanical Technicians will troubleshoot mechanical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, repair machinery, and assist with equipment installation and commissioning. TIG & ARC Welders will prepare materials, perform welding according to approved procedures, inspect completed welds, maintain welding equipment, and ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements. All employees are expected to follow company policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a safe working environment throughout the project.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant industrial experience in their respective trade. Scaffolders must possess a valid TUV certification, while Mechanical Technicians and TIG & ARC Welders should demonstrate practical experience in maintenance or welding operations on industrial projects. Candidates are required to submit colour copies of their Iqama, Valid Muqeem, and Chamber documents. Strong technical skills, teamwork, and the ability to work safely in an industrial environment are highly desirable. Candidates who are ready for immediate mobilisation and possess complete documentation will receive preference.
