Work Permit Receiver, Rigger, and Safety Officer – Long-Term Projects

SARA General Contracting Establishment is urgently recruiting Work Permit Receivers (WPR), Rigger I, Rigger II, Rigger III, and Safety Officers for long-term projects in MGS Riyadh, Yanbu, and Salasil, Saudi Arabia. The company offers Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) for selected candidates. Professionals with relevant experience and complete documentation are encouraged to apply. Position Overview

Work Permit Receivers, Riggers, and Safety Officers are key personnel on industrial and construction projects. Work Permit Receivers manage permit-to-work procedures to ensure activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project regulations. Riggers are responsible for planning and executing safe lifting operations using cranes and rigging equipment, while Safety Officers monitor site activities, identify workplace hazards, and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards. Together, these roles help maintain safe, efficient, and productive project operations.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective positions. Work Permit Receivers will coordinate permit approvals, verify work authorisations, and ensure compliance with permit conditions before work begins. Rigger I, II, and III personnel will inspect lifting equipment, prepare rigging gear, guide crane operators using standard signals, and ensure safe movement of heavy loads. Safety Officers will conduct site inspections, monitor compliance with safety procedures, deliver toolbox talks, investigate hazards, prepare safety reports, and ensure all work is performed according to company and project safety requirements.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trade and be capable of working on industrial or construction projects. Strong knowledge of safety procedures, teamwork, communication, and site operations is highly desirable. Candidates must provide an Original Passport, Updated CV, Photo, Absher Iqama, Absher Muqeem, Passport Copy, Medical Certificate, and Insurance documents.
