Position Overview

CS Welders and SS Welders are responsible for joining and repairing metal components used in industrial construction, fabrication, and maintenance projects. CS Welders specialise in welding carbon steel materials, while SS Welders perform precision welding on stainless steel components that require high-quality workmanship and corrosion resistance. Both positions are essential for ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and reliability of pipelines, equipment, and steel structures on large-scale industrial projects.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform welding operations according to approved welding procedures, engineering drawings, and project specifications. They will prepare materials, inspect joints before welding, operate welding equipment safely, and produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards. Welders will also conduct visual inspections of completed work, maintain welding tools and equipment, comply with workplace health and safety regulations, and coordinate with supervisors and quality inspectors to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have proven experience as a CS Welder or SS Welder on industrial or oil and gas projects. Candidates must be capable of interpreting fabrication drawings, following welding procedure specifications (WPS), and maintaining consistent welding quality. Applicants are required to provide an Iqama, Muqeem, Passport, Visa, Medical Certificate, and an Updated CV. Candidates who are available for immediate joining and possess complete documentation will be given preference during the recruitment process.
