Position Overview
E&I Foremen, Tray Fitters, Piping Foremen, and E&I Helpers play an important role in the successful execution of industrial construction and maintenance projects. E&I Foremen supervise electrical and instrumentation installation activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance. Tray Fitters install and assemble cable tray systems that support electrical infrastructure. Piping Foremen oversee piping installation teams and ensure work is completed according to engineering specifications. E&I Helpers assist technicians and foremen by preparing materials, supporting installation activities, and maintaining organised work areas.
Main Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their trade. E&I Foremen will supervise electrical and instrumentation crews, allocate daily tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure compliance with project safety procedures. Tray Fitters will install cable trays, brackets, and support systems while interpreting installation drawings and maintaining alignment standards. Piping Foremen will coordinate piping installation activities, supervise fabrication and erection teams, inspect completed work, and ensure project schedules are achieved. E&I Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment preparation, housekeeping, and general site support while following all workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trade and be capable of working on large industrial projects. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable. Candidates must provide an Original Iqama, Original Passport, Muqeem, Medical Report, Insurance, and GOSI documents together with colour copies of all required documents.
