Key Responsibilities
Structure Foremen will supervise structural work crews, distribute daily tasks, monitor workmanship, and coordinate activities according to project drawings, specifications, and safety procedures. Electricians will perform electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and related site work while following approved technical and safety standards. E&I Foremen will coordinate electrical and instrumentation teams, supervise daily activities, and ensure assigned work is completed correctly and on schedule. Helpers and Flagmen will support skilled workers, assist with material handling and general site duties, and help control movement around work areas when required. Scaffolders will erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures using approved procedures and safe working practices. Manlift Operators will operate mobile elevated work platforms safely, conduct required equipment checks, and position the machine correctly for elevated work. All personnel must follow site instructions, use appropriate PPE, maintain housekeeping, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should have relevant practical experience for the position they are applying for. Structure and E&I Foremen should have proven supervisory experience and the ability to coordinate workers efficiently while maintaining productivity and safety. Electricians should understand electrical installation and maintenance work and be familiar with standard industrial safety practices. Scaffolders should possess practical knowledge of safe scaffold erection and dismantling procedures. Manlift Operators should have relevant operating experience and be capable of safely handling elevated work equipment. Helpers and Flagmen should be physically capable of supporting general site activities and following instructions from supervisors. All candidates must provide Iqama, passport, and Muqeem, with both original documents and colour copies required.
