Iron Worker, Fire Watch, Flagman, and Helper
Major industrial infrastructure and mega-plant projects across Saudi Arabia depend on the seamless coordination of skilled metal trades, certified safety personnel, and general support labor. Structural ironworkers establish the essential steel framework required for heavy facilities, while certified safety personnel—including TUV-certified fire watches and flagmen—maintain strict hazard control, traffic coordination, and fire prevention on active sites. General helpers reinforce operational momentum by handling manual materials and logistics, ensuring high-risk industrial sites operate efficiently, safely, and in total alignment with modern construction standards.
Primary Work Responsibilities
Personnel assigned to these positions will handle crucial field and site support operations across project sites in Jafurah. Ironworkers will cut, position, align, and secure structural steel beams, girders, and metal components according to engineering plans and specifications. TUV-certified fire watches will monitor hot-work operations, identify spark and heat hazards, and maintain immediate fire suppression readiness. Certified flagmen will direct heavy vehicle movements, control site traffic flows, and maintain safe pedestrian corridors, while helpers execute general site maintenance, assist skilled trades, and handle basic material staging.
Required Qualifications and Core Competencies
Applicants must meet specific trade requirements and possess proven track records in commercial or industrial construction environments. Ironworkers must demonstrate verified hands-on structural fabrication and erection experience. Fire watch and flagman candidates must hold valid TUV certification cards and have a solid grasp of industrial emergency response protocols and signaling methods. Helpers need strong physical endurance, tool awareness, and a proactive attitude toward jobsite safety. Punctuality, teamwork, and strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations are mandatory across all job categories.

Candidates must act promptly upon job announcements by reaching out directly to verified supplier representatives. Always verify work orders through official channels or visit the office premises in person before mobilizing. Registration with Ajeer through the Chamber of Commerce is strictly mandatory; deployment without valid Ajeer documentation exempts the company from handling wage disputes or contractual liabilities.
