Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, work-area preparation, loading and unloading, housekeeping, and general site-support activities. Plaster Masons will prepare surfaces and apply plaster according to required finishes and construction specifications. Tile Masons will prepare surfaces, measure areas, cut tiles, and install tiles with proper alignment and finishing. Painters will prepare surfaces, apply primers and coatings, and complete painting work according to project requirements. Steel Fixers will cut, bend, position, and secure reinforcement steel according to drawings and construction specifications. Carpenters will perform formwork, framing, installation, and general carpentry tasks. All workers are expected to follow supervisor instructions, maintain safe working practices, and keep their work areas organized.
