Key Responsibilities
Rigger III workers will assist with lifting and rigging operations, inspect lifting equipment, secure loads, and follow approved lifting procedures. Work Permit Receivers will manage and monitor work permits, coordinate with work teams, and ensure that permitted activities follow required safety conditions. Stand By Men will continuously monitor designated work areas and remain prepared to respond to unsafe situations or emergencies. Fire Watchers will monitor hot-work activities, identify fire hazards, maintain suitable fire-prevention measures, and respond according to site emergency procedures. All workers must follow project safety requirements and instructions from supervisors.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to their selected position and be physically capable of working in an industrial project environment. TUV certification is specifically required for the Rigger III and Work Permit Receiver positions. Riggers should understand safe lifting practices and rigging equipment, while Work Permit Receivers should understand permit-to-work procedures and site safety requirements. Stand By Men and Fire Watchers should have strong hazard awareness and the ability to respond quickly to potential emergencies.
