Duties & Responsibilities
Selected workers will carry out duties according to their respective trades and project assignments. Painters will prepare surfaces and apply finishing coats, while Electricians will perform electrical installation, maintenance, and related troubleshooting work. Finishing Carpenters will handle interior finishing and woodwork, while Gypsum Carpenters will install gypsum boards and related structures. Plumbers will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems. Masons will perform blockwork, plastering, and other masonry activities. Cleaners will maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, while Labourers will support general site activities, material handling, and other tasks assigned by supervisors. All workers must follow site safety procedures and company instructions.
