Key Duties and Work Responsibilities

A 3G & 4G Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding on structural steel and industrial components using approved welding procedures. Daily responsibilities include reading engineering drawings, preparing welding materials, operating welding equipment, producing strong and defect-free welds, inspecting completed work, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Welders are also expected to maintain welding equipment, follow workplace safety regulations, and work closely with supervisors, quality inspectors, and fabrication teams to complete projects on schedule while meeting industry requirements.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
