WPR, Rigger I • Rigger II • Rigger III & Heavy Equipment Operator Jobs

Fastway Arabia Company is seeking candidates for industrial safety, rigging and heavy equipment positions for a project in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. The recruitment covers Work Permit Receivers (WPR), Rigger I, Rigger II, Rigger III and Heavy Equipment Operators. The project is expected to continue for approximately three to six months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements. Mobilization will be immediate after successful selection. Although specific salary or hourly rates have not been provided, candidates should confirm the applicable compensation directly with the company. Food, accommodation and transportation are provided, while payment is expected within 30–45 days after submission of the timesheet.

Key Responsibilities

Work Permit Receivers will coordinate work permits and ensure that site activities are performed only under approved conditions and established safety procedures. Rigger I, II and III personnel will support lifting operations, prepare and secure loads, use appropriate rigging equipment and communicate with crane operators and lifting teams. Responsibilities will vary according to the rigger’s level of qualification and experience. Heavy Equipment Operators will operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently while carrying out loading, lifting, excavation or other project-related activities as required. All workers must follow supervisor instructions, maintain safe working practices and comply with site procedures throughout the assignment.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant industrial experience and practical knowledge appropriate to their selected position. WPR candidates should understand work permit systems, hazard controls and safe-work requirements. Riggers should be familiar with lifting equipment, rigging accessories, load handling, signals and safe lifting procedures, with responsibilities determined by their Rigger I, II or III level. Heavy Equipment Operators should have practical operating experience and appropriate authorization for the machinery assigned to them. Candidates must have valid Iqama and Muqeem documentation, along with Ajeer and other supporting documents required for processing. Applicants should ensure that their CV accurately reflects their experience and that all documents are ready for verification.
