RASD ALIBDA General Contracting Company (RGCC Supplier) is recruiting Welders (2G, 3G, and 4G) and Laborers for a project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is offering long-term employment with Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) provided by the company. Position Overview
Welders and Laborers play an essential role in industrial and construction projects. Welders are responsible for joining and repairing metal components using approved welding techniques while maintaining quality and safety standards. Laborers provide general site support by assisting skilled workers, handling materials, preparing work areas, and ensuring smooth daily project operations. Both positions contribute significantly to the successful completion of construction and industrial activities.
Main Responsibilities
Selected Welders will perform welding work using 2G, 3G, and 4G welding positions according to engineering drawings and project specifications. They will inspect weld quality, prepare materials, maintain welding equipment, and follow workplace safety procedures. Laborers will assist supervisors and skilled workers with material handling, loading and unloading, site preparation, housekeeping, and other general construction tasks. All employees must comply with company policies, maintain productivity, and follow health and safety regulations throughout the project.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants for the Welder position should have practical experience in 2G, 3G, or 4G welding and be capable of producing high-quality welds according to industrial standards. Labor candidates should be physically fit, hardworking, and willing to perform general construction duties. All applicants must provide their Original Passport along with color copies of all required documents before mobilization. Candidates with relevant industrial experience and immediate availability will receive preference during the recruitment process.
