Structural Foreman, Erector, Fabricator, WPR and Rigger

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Structural Foremen will supervise structural construction teams, allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure structural activities are completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Structural Erectors will assemble and install steel structures, columns, beams, platforms, and related components while following approved erection procedures. Structure Fabricators will measure, cut, fit, and prepare structural steel components according to drawings and project requirements. Aramco Approved Work Permit Receivers will manage work permit requirements, coordinate with permit authorities and site teams, and ensure that work activities comply with approved permit conditions. Aramco Rigger III personnel will perform lifting and rigging activities, inspect rigging equipment, communicate with lifting teams, and ensure loads are handled safely. All workers must follow site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications and Professional Requirements

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates should have relevant industrial or construction experience in their respective trades. Structural Foremen should have strong team leadership and knowledge of structural erection and fabrication activities. Structural Erectors and Fabricators should understand steel structures, fabrication methods, measurements, tools, and safe work practices. Applicants for the WPR position must have Aramco approval and should understand work permit systems and industrial safety procedures.
