Company-provided FAT is included according to the recruitment details.

Main Duties and Work Responsibilities

Static Foremen are responsible for supervising work teams, coordinating daily activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring assigned tasks are completed according to project instructions and safety requirements. They may also coordinate with supervisors and other site personnel to maintain smooth workflow during the shutdown period. Stand By Men / Fire Watch personnel are responsible for monitoring work areas where hot work or other potentially hazardous activities are taking place. Their duties include watching for sparks, flames, smoke, or other fire hazards, keeping firefighting equipment accessible, maintaining communication with workers, and immediately reporting unsafe conditions or emergencies. Both positions require strong awareness of site safety procedures.

Skills, Experience and Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have practical industrial experience and be capable of working safely during shutdown activities. Static Foreman applicants must be experienced in their relevant field and should have the ability to supervise workers and coordinate site activities. Stand By Man / Fire Watch applicants must hold the required standard third-party card and understand basic fire prevention and emergency response procedures. All applicants must provide the required documents, including Iqama, Passport, English Muqeem, Medical, Chamber Service Agreement, and Vendor Code.
