Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding while maintaining safe access and working platforms. Steel Fixers will cut, bend, position, and secure reinforcement steel according to project requirements. Carpenters and Masons will perform construction, formwork, finishing, and masonry activities, while Plumbers and Electricians will handle installation, maintenance, and related technical work. TUV Rigger III personnel will support lifting and rigging operations using approved procedures. Foremen will supervise crews and coordinate daily work activities. Flag Men will control and guide vehicles and site movement, while Grinder Men will perform grinding and surface preparation work. Helpers will assist skilled workers with tools, materials, housekeeping, and general site activities.
