Tahani Qaed Eid Al Otaibi Contracting Est. (TAC) is urgently hiring Normal TUV Certified Scaffolders for a long-term project in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Position Overview

Scaffolders are responsible for assembling, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures used to provide safe access for workers performing construction, maintenance, and industrial activities at height. They play a vital role in ensuring work platforms are secure, stable, and compliant with safety regulations. Professional scaffolders help improve productivity while maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety on construction and industrial projects.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will erect and dismantle scaffolding systems according to approved engineering standards and site requirements. They will inspect scaffolding materials before installation, ensure all structures are properly secured, install guardrails and access ladders, and perform routine safety inspections. Scaffolders will also work closely with supervisors and safety personnel, follow company safety procedures, maintain housekeeping around work areas, and immediately report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions. Compliance with project safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory throughout the project.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have practical experience as a Scaffolder and possess a valid Normal TUV Certification. Candidates must hold a Valid Absher Iqama, and an Original Passport is mandatory for mobilisation. Good physical fitness, the ability to work safely at height, knowledge of scaffolding standards, and experience using scaffolding tools and equipment are highly desirable. Candidates who are available for immediate mobilisation and can provide complete documentation will receive preference during the recruitment process.
