Safety Supervisor and Safety Officer

A long-term opportunity is available for experienced safety professionals at the L&T Project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. The company is urgently recruiting both Aramco Approved and Non-Aramco Safety Supervisors and Safety Officers. These positions are suitable for candidates with industrial construction and oil & gas experience who are looking to build their careers on one of Saudi Arabia’s major energy projects. Position Overview

Safety Supervisors and Safety Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout the project. They monitor daily site activities, identify workplace hazards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi safety regulations. On large-scale industrial projects such as Jafurah, safety professionals play a critical role in preventing accidents, protecting workers, and ensuring that all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform daily safety inspections, monitor work activities, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with project safety procedures. They will conduct toolbox talks, verify the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), investigate incidents, prepare safety reports, and coordinate with project management to implement corrective actions. Safety Supervisors will oversee safety teams, monitor overall HSE performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements. All candidates must promote a strong safety culture while maintaining accurate documentation and following industry best practices.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects. Candidates applying for Aramco Approved positions must possess valid Aramco approval documents. Applicants for Non-Aramco Safety Officer positions must hold a valid NEBOSH Certificate. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures is highly preferred.
