Key Responsibilities
Selected Rigger Level II personnel will be responsible for safely handling lifting and rigging operations at the project site. Their duties include inspecting lifting equipment before use, selecting appropriate lifting gear, assisting crane operators during lifting activities, ensuring loads are properly secured, following approved lifting plans, maintaining communication with lifting teams, and complying with all workplace health and safety regulations. Candidates will also help ensure that lifting operations are completed efficiently and without incident.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Rigger Level II on industrial or construction projects. Candidates must have a good understanding of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, load calculations, hand signals, and safe lifting practices.
