HEBE is announcing an urgent manpower requirement for an L&T Project in Jafura, Saudi Arabia. The recruitment covers supervisory, foreman, skilled trade, and helper positions for a large industrial project with a very long-term duration. A total of 230 workers are required across ten categories, including Piping Supervisors, Piping Foremen, E&I Supervisors, E&I Foremen, Pipe Fitters, Electricians, Mill Wright Fitters, Structure Fitters, Grinder Men, and Helpers. The project offers FAT, meaning food, accommodation, and transportation are provided by the company. Main Duties
Piping Supervisors and Foremen will oversee piping installation, fabrication, fitting, alignment, and related site activities while coordinating workers and maintaining project standards. E&I Supervisors and Foremen will supervise electrical and instrumentation-related activities and ensure work is performed safely and according to project requirements. Pipe Fitters will handle pipe fitting, installation, alignment, and preparation work, while Electricians will perform electrical installation, maintenance, and associated site duties. Mill Wright Fitters will support mechanical equipment installation and maintenance, Structure Fitters will work on structural fabrication and fitting, and Grinder Men will carry out grinding and finishing activities. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, tools, housekeeping, and general site support.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for and be capable of working in a demanding industrial project environment. Supervisors and Foremen should have strong knowledge of their respective trades, workforce coordination, work planning, and site safety requirements. Skilled workers such as Pipe Fitters, Electricians, Mill Wright Fitters, Structure Fitters, and Grinder Men should possess hands-on trade experience and be familiar with industrial work practices. Candidates must prepare a current CV, valid Absher and card Iqama copies, passport copy, Muqeem copy, body fitness copy, two photographs, and experience card copy. Most importantly, no papers will be accepted without a passport, so candidates must ensure that a passport copy is available before submitting documents.
