Job Description

An IT Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting an organisation’s information technology infrastructure. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and IT equipment while providing technical support to users and maintaining system security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will install and maintain computer hardware and software, configure network devices, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor system performance, maintain servers and user accounts, provide technical support to employees, implement security measures, perform data backups, and ensure IT systems remain operational with minimal downtime. They will also assist with software updates, documentation, and IT asset management as required.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network support. Knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, cybersecurity fundamentals, and technical support is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must provide colour copies of their Absher Iqama, Photo Muqeem, Medical Certificate, Passport, Insurance, and Passport-size Photograph.
