Key Responsibilities
The selected HSE Officers will monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Their responsibilities include conducting workplace inspections, identifying and controlling hazards, implementing HSE policies, delivering safety briefings and toolbox talks, investigating incidents, preparing safety reports, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and promoting a strong safety culture across the project. They will also coordinate with project management to maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience as HSE Officers in industrial construction or maintenance projects. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Applicants should be able to prepare safety documentation, conduct site inspections, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. All required Saudi employment documents must be valid.
