Main Duties and Responsibilities
Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, tool preparation, housekeeping, and general site-support activities. Plaster Masons will carry out plastering, surface preparation, leveling, and finishing work according to project requirements. Tiles Masons will prepare surfaces and install tiles with proper alignment and finishing, while Block Masons will construct block walls and related masonry structures. Electricians will perform electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, and related site work safely. Plumbers will install and maintain water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems. Duct Fitters will support HVAC duct installation, alignment, joining, and related fitting activities. All workers are expected to follow supervisor instructions, use appropriate safety equipment, maintain good housekeeping, and complete work according to project standards.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to their selected trade and be capable of working efficiently in a construction environment. Masonry workers should understand basic plastering, tile installation, blockwork, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. Electricians should have knowledge of electrical installation and safe handling of electrical systems, while Plumbers should understand common plumbing installation and maintenance practices. Duct Fitters should be familiar with ductwork assembly, fitting, alignment, and safe installation procedures.
