A Rigger Level 3 is responsible for preparing lifting equipment, selecting suitable slings and accessories, securing loads, guiding lifting operations, and communicating with crane operators and other lifting personnel. Riggers must inspect equipment before use, follow approved lifting plans, maintain safe distances, and ensure that loads are properly balanced and secured. Safety procedures must be followed at all times.

Skills and Knowledge
