Candidates with previous involvement in 380kV and 132kV substations or SEC projects will be preferred. SEC approval is mandatory, and the applicant’s Iqama profession must be registered as Engineer. Key Responsibilities
The selected Civil QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality of civil construction activities throughout the project. Duties may include reviewing construction work against approved drawings, specifications, inspection requirements, and project quality procedures. The engineer will coordinate inspections, identify deviations, monitor corrective actions, and maintain appropriate quality records. Experience in electrical substation construction will be particularly valuable because the preferred background includes 380kV and 132kV substation and SEC projects. The engineer should work closely with construction teams, inspectors, consultants, and project management to ensure that civil works meet the required standards before progressing to subsequent stages.
