An urgent requirement is available for an experienced Civil Foreman, Civil Supervisor, and Civil Engineer for a project in Saudi Arabia. One position is available for each category. The requirement is specifically focused on candidates with practical experience in pipeline construction and Right of Way (ROW) works. Iqama transfer is mandatory, and candidates must be available for immediate transfer and mobilization. Salary will be negotiated and discussed during the interview based on the candidate’s experience and suitability.
Civil Pipeline Responsibilities
The Civil Foreman will coordinate daily field activities, supervise civil workers, and ensure pipeline-related civil work is executed according to project requirements. The Civil Supervisor will oversee broader site operations, coordinate manpower and equipment, monitor progress, and maintain communication between field teams and project management. The Civil Engineer will support technical planning, site execution, measurements, inspections, and coordination of civil activities associated with pipeline construction and ROW works.
Required Experience and Technical Knowledge
Pipeline experience is mandatory for all applicants. Candidates should have practical knowledge of Right of Way (ROW) projects, civil construction activities, site preparation, excavation, backfilling, grading, access works, and coordination with pipeline installation teams. GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is preferred, particularly for candidates who have previously worked under structured industrial or infrastructure project procedures. Strong communication, field coordination, and the ability to work under project deadlines are important for all three positions.
Pipeline Project Environment in Saudi Arabia
Pipeline construction requires close coordination between civil, mechanical, surveying, safety, and project management teams. ROW activities can involve site preparation, access routes, excavation areas, material movement, equipment mobilization, and restoration of completed sections. The required personnel will work within an environment where construction progress, equipment utilization, workforce coordination, and adherence to project specifications must be managed efficiently. Previous Saudi or GCC exposure can help candidates adapt quickly to local project procedures and site conditions.
