Key Duties and Work Responsibilities
Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, cleaning, and general construction activities. Plaster Masons will perform plastering and finishing work according to project requirements, while Tiles Masons will prepare surfaces and install tiles accurately. Block Masons will construct block walls and complete masonry work according to drawings and site standards. Plumbers will install and maintain piping and plumbing systems, while Duct Fitters will handle duct installation, fitting, alignment, and related HVAC activities. Building/Civil Foremen and Supervisors will coordinate workers, monitor daily site activities, maintain productivity, and ensure work follows project specifications. Electrician Supervisors and Foremen will oversee electrical teams and manage electrical installation activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should have practical experience in their respective trades and be capable of working efficiently on a construction project. Helpers should be physically fit and able to support site operations. Masonry workers should have hands-on experience in plastering, tiling, or block work, while Plumbers and Duct Fitters should possess relevant technical knowledge and installation experience. Building/Civil Foremen and Supervisors must have strong workforce coordination and site-management abilities. Electrician Supervisors and Foremen should have suitable experience in electrical installation and team supervision. A valid Iqama, Muqeem, Body Fitness, Insurance, Vendor Code, and Original Passport are required. Candidates must meet the project’s vendor requirements before applying.
