WPR, Electrical QC, and Safety Officer Madinah

ALI FOUAD ALBANNAWI GENERAL CONTRACTING CO. (AFCO) is urgently recruiting Aramco Approved Work Permit Receivers (WPR), Electrical QC Inspectors, and Safety Officers for a long-term project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for experienced professionals with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Interviews are scheduled for tomorrow, and selected candidates will receive Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) provided by the company. Candidates who meet the project requirements are encouraged to bring their original passport and complete documents for immediate processing.

Position Overview

Work Permit Receivers (WPR), Electrical QC Inspectors, and Safety Officers are key professionals on industrial and infrastructure projects. WPRs manage the Aramco Permit-to-Work (PTW) system to ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with approved procedures. Electrical QC Inspectors monitor and inspect electrical installations, ensuring all work meets engineering specifications and quality standards. Safety Officers oversee workplace health and safety, identify hazards, enforce HSE regulations, and promote a safe working environment throughout the project.

Main Responsibilities

Selected WPRs will receive and manage work permits, verify site readiness, coordinate with operations teams, and ensure all permit requirements are followed before and during work activities. Electrical QC Inspectors will inspect electrical installations, review drawings, monitor testing activities, prepare quality reports, and ensure compliance with project specifications and Aramco standards. Safety Officers will conduct site inspections, identify workplace hazards, organise toolbox talks, investigate incidents, monitor PPE compliance, and ensure all work is carried out according to company and Aramco safety procedures. All successful candidates must maintain accurate documentation, communicate effectively with project teams, and support safe and efficient project execution.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants must be Aramco Approved for the position they are applying for and possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience working on industrial or oil and gas projects. Applicants must provide an Iqama Copy, Muqeem, Medical Fitness Report, CR Copy, Passport Copy, an Updated CV, and an Original Passport, which is mandatory for mobilisation. Candidates who are available to attend tomorrow’s interview and can join immediately will receive preference.
