Position Overview

Manlift Operators are responsible for operating aerial work platforms safely to transport workers, tools, and materials to elevated work areas. They play an important role in construction and industrial projects by ensuring work at height is carried out efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards. Operators are expected to inspect equipment before use, follow approved operating procedures, and contribute to a safe working environment throughout the project.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will operate manlift equipment to provide safe access for personnel working at height, perform daily pre-operation inspections, and ensure the equipment is functioning correctly before use. They will monitor working conditions, follow safety regulations, report equipment defects immediately, and coordinate with supervisors and work crews during lifting operations. Operators are also responsible for maintaining operational records, following project procedures, and ensuring all activities comply with workplace health and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have proven experience as a Manlift Operator on industrial or construction projects. A valid Operator Licence or Certification is preferred where applicable. Candidates must be ready for immediate mobilisation and possess a Valid Iqama that meets project requirements. Strong knowledge of safe equipment operation, hazard awareness, and work-at-height procedures is essential.
