Work Permit Receiver (WPR) and HSE Officer

Modern Innovation Contracting Est. is urgently recruiting Aramco-approved Work Permit Receivers (WPR) and Aramco-approved HSE Officers for a long-term project in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. Position Overview

Work Permit Receivers (WPR) and HSE Officers are key members of industrial project safety teams. WPRs are responsible for coordinating and managing the Aramco Permit-to-Work (PTW) system to ensure all work activities are performed safely and in compliance with project requirements. HSE Officers monitor workplace safety, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations. Together, these professionals help maintain a safe working environment and support the successful execution of industrial operations.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform their responsibilities according to Aramco standards and company safety procedures. WPRs will obtain and manage work permits, verify safety requirements before work begins, coordinate with supervisors, and monitor compliance with permit conditions. HSE Officers will carry out routine safety inspections, conduct toolbox talks, investigate incidents, prepare safety reports, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Both positions require close coordination with project teams, accurate documentation, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial or oil and gas projects and must possess valid Aramco Approval for the position they are applying for. Candidates should have a good understanding of Aramco safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and permit-to-work procedures. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are highly preferred. Applicants must bring all required original and colored documents during the recruitment process.
