Position Overview

Manlift Operators are responsible for safely operating aerial work platforms to provide workers with secure access to elevated work areas. Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will operate manlifts for lifting personnel and equipment to elevated work locations while ensuring safe operation at all times. They will perform daily pre-operation inspections, monitor equipment performance, follow approved lifting procedures, and coordinate with supervisors and work crews. Operators must comply with workplace safety regulations, maintain accurate operational records, report equipment defects promptly, and ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have previous experience operating manlifts on industrial or construction projects. A valid Heavy Equipment License and IPAL Card are mandatory requirements for this position. Candidates should have a good understanding of equipment safety, working-at-height procedures, and operational best practices.
