Rates range from SAR 8 to SAR 13 per hour depending on the position. The project offers direct mobilization and long-term employment, while payment will be made 45 days after the timesheet. Duties and Responsibilities
HVAC Technicians will handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Electricians will perform electrical installation, maintenance, wiring, and repair activities while following site safety requirements. Painters will prepare surfaces and apply paint and finishing materials, while Tilers will install tiles according to drawings and finishing standards. Carpenters will perform formwork, woodwork, and other carpentry activities, and Plumbers will install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems. Gypsum Workers will carry out gypsum board installation, ceiling work, partitions, and related finishing activities. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, cleaning, tools, and general project duties.
Skills and Practical Experience
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for and should be capable of working efficiently on a long-term construction or building-services project. HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Painters, Tilers, and Gypsum Workers should understand the tools, materials, installation methods, and safety practices associated with their respective trades. Helpers should be physically capable of assisting skilled workers and performing general site duties. Candidates must have a valid Absher Iqama and a Muqeem document with at least three months of validity.
