FUTURE FLAG COMPANY has announced an urgent hiring requirement for the RIYAS Project, with a large number of vacancies available across piping, mechanical, welding, scaffolding, insulation, rigging, fabrication, and supervisory trades. The project offers long-term employment with immediate mobilization for selected candidates. A total of 190 positions are available across 13 different categories, making this a significant recruitment opportunity for skilled workers and experienced supervisors. Candidates with Oil & Gas or refinery project experience are preferred, while relevant certificates and documented project experience may be required depending on the position.
Responsibilities Across Available Positions
Pipe Fitters and Pipe Fabricators will handle piping installation, fabrication, alignment, fitting, and related field activities according to project drawings and specifications. Piping Foremen and Supervisors will coordinate workers, monitor daily progress, and ensure that assigned activities are completed safely and efficiently. Mechanical Technicians will perform mechanical installation, maintenance, and related technical work. 6G/CS Welders, SS Welders, and TIG Welders will carry out specialized welding activities according to approved procedures and required standards. Structural Fabricators will perform fabrication and assembly work, while Rigger III workers will assist with lifting and material-handling operations. Scaffolders and Scaffolding Foremen will erect, modify, inspect, and supervise scaffolding structures, while Insulators will perform insulation-related activities according to project requirements.
Experience, Skills and Certifications
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for and should understand the tools, procedures, safety practices, and technical requirements associated with their trade. Welding candidates should possess the appropriate welding skills and certifications applicable to their processes, while pipe fitters and fabricators should be familiar with piping fabrication, installation, measurements, alignment, and related field work. Supervisors and foremen should demonstrate leadership, workforce coordination, planning, and site communication skills. Experience in Oil & Gas or refinery projects is preferred for this recruitment.
