Right Partner Engineering Contracting Company, also operating in Right Partner Rental Manpower & Equipment, has announced an urgent manpower requirement for multiple civil, quality-control and rigging positions in Ar Arjum, Saudi Arabia. The vacancies include Civil Supervisors, Civil Foremen, Civil QC personnel, Civil Surveyors using Total Station, Batch Plant QC personnel and Riggers Level III with TUV. A total of 30 positions are available, with hourly rates ranging from SAR 16 to SAR 38. Food and accommodation are provided free of charge, while salary payment is stated as after 2 months and 15 days. The requirement is marked for urgent mobilization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Civil Supervisors will oversee civil construction activities, coordinate site teams and monitor progress, quality and safety requirements. Civil Foremen will supervise workers and ensure daily construction activities are completed according to project instructions. Civil QC personnel will inspect civil works, monitor workmanship and ensure completed activities meet specified quality standards. Civil Surveyors will use Total Station equipment to establish coordinates, levels, alignments and setting-out points for construction activities. Batch Plant QC personnel will monitor concrete production, sampling and quality-control procedures to ensure concrete meets required specifications. Rigger Level III workers will support lifting operations, prepare loads and assist with safe material movement according to approved rigging procedures.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective positions and practical knowledge of construction-site procedures. Civil Supervisors and Foremen should have strong team-management and site-coordination abilities, while Civil QC and Batch Plant QC candidates should understand inspection and quality-control practices. Civil Surveyors must be experienced in using Total Station equipment and performing accurate setting-out work. Rigger Level III candidates must possess the required TUV certification.
