Primary On-Site Responsibilities
Workers deployed across these trades perform specialized structural and interior finishing tasks tailored to project engineering drawings. Block Masons accurately erect load-bearing and partition walls, mix and apply mortar to exact consistencies, align masonry units with precision levels, and reinforce joints for structural longevity. Tile Masons prepare subfloors, measure and cut ceramic, porcelain, or marble tiles, set adhesive beds, and execute clean grouting to ensure level, water-resistant surfaces. Gypsum Carpenters construct sturdy metal framing, install plasterboards and drywall sheets, create decorative suspended ceilings, and finish joint lines smoothly to ready interior spaces for final painting and handover.
