An urgent manpower requirement is available for skilled 6G Welders and a Pipe Fabricator for an industrial project in Saudi Arabia. The vacancies include 6G Welder SMAW – 20 Nos, 6G Welder GTAW – 10 Nos, and Pipe Fabricator – 20 Nos. Key Responsibilities
The 6G SMAW Welder will perform pipe welding using the Shielded Metal Arc Welding process, working in the 6G position where pipes are fixed at an angle and require welding around the complete circumference. The 6G GTAW Welder will carry out high-quality pipe welding using the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding process, maintaining proper control of the arc, filler material, penetration, and weld quality. The Pipe Fabricator will work in a fabrication shop, measuring, cutting, fitting, aligning, and preparing pipes and related components according to drawings and project specifications. All workers are expected to maintain safe working practices, use appropriate PPE, and follow quality and site procedures.
Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to the position for which they are applying. 6G welders should be confident working on fixed-position pipe joints and understand welding preparation, electrode or tungsten selection, welding parameters, joint alignment, and inspection requirements. SMAW and GTAW welders should have strong knowledge of their respective welding processes and be capable of producing consistent-quality welds. Pipe Fabricators should have fabrication shop experience, with good knowledge of pipe measurements, cutting, beveling, fitting, alignment, and fabrication drawings. Candidates should also have good workplace safety awareness and be able to work effectively as part of an industrial fabrication team.
