Key Responsibilities
The selected employees will perform duties according to their respective trades and levels of responsibility within the L&T Jafura project. Supervisors and foremen will coordinate teams, monitor daily activities, maintain productivity, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety procedures. Pipe Fitters, E&I personnel, Electricians, Mill Wright Fitters, Structure Fitters, Riggers, Grinder Men, and Cable Pullers will carry out specialized installation, fabrication, lifting, electrical, mechanical, structural, and material-handling tasks. Helpers will support skilled workers with tools, materials, housekeeping, and general site activities. Every employee is expected to follow supervisor instructions, maintain workplace safety, use appropriate PPE, and cooperate effectively with other project teams.
Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to the position for which they are applying. Supervisory and foreman applicants should be capable of leading work crews, coordinating activities, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Skilled tradespeople should have sound knowledge of their respective work areas, tools, equipment, and safe working procedures. Rigger-3 candidates should understand basic lifting and rigging practices, while electricians, pipe fitters, millwright fitters, structure fitters, grinder men, and cable pullers should have appropriate hands-on experience.
