Piping Supervisor, E&I Foreman, Pipe Fabricator & Scaffolding Jobs
Eastern Diamond Construction Co. Ltd. (EDC) has announced an urgent manpower requirement for 175 workers across piping, electrical and instrumentation, fabrication, and scaffolding positions. The vacancies include 10 Piping Supervisors, 10 E&I Foremen, 100 Pipe Fabricators, 5 Scaffolding Supervisors, and 50 Scaffolders. The advertised rates range from SAR 15 to SAR 105 per hour, depending on the position. Projects are located across Amiral, Jafurah, Ras Al-Khair, Marjan, FGP, and Jubail, with several positions specifically requiring room-to-room duty. Chamber documentation is mandatory for the listed positions where specified, while the Scaffolding Supervisor position additionally requires Aramco approval.
Key Responsibilities
Piping Supervisors will coordinate piping activities, supervise work crews, monitor installation progress, and ensure that piping work follows drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and site safety procedures. E&I Foremen will lead electrical and instrumentation teams, distribute daily tasks, coordinate site activities, and monitor workmanship and productivity. Pipe Fabricators will measure, mark, cut, bevel, and fit pipe sections and prepare assemblies according to fabrication drawings and project requirements. Scaffolding Supervisors will manage scaffolding teams, inspect erection activities, coordinate work sequences, and ensure that scaffolding operations comply with approved safety requirements. Scaffolders will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding under proper supervision while maintaining safe access and stable working platforms. All personnel must follow project instructions and workplace safety standards.
Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant practical experience in their respective trades and be capable of working in industrial construction environments. Piping Supervisors should possess strong team-management and piping coordination skills. E&I Foremen should understand electrical and instrumentation activities and be capable of supervising skilled workers. Pipe Fabricators should be proficient in pipe measurements, fabrication, fit-up, cutting, and reading relevant drawings. Scaffolding Supervisors must have appropriate scaffolding expertise and the required Aramco approval, while Scaffolders should have practical knowledge of safe scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling. Candidates must also have valid employment documentation and be prepared to provide both original and colour copies of their Iqama, Passport, and Muqeem.
