A shutdown project in Yanbu is currently seeking experienced manpower for several urgent positions with Mahdi Contracting Company. The requirement includes Rigger Level 3, Rigger Level 1, and Safety Officer positions for a six-month project. Role Functions
Rigger Level 3 personnel will be responsible for assisting with lifting and rigging activities, securing loads, checking lifting arrangements, and supporting safe movement of materials and equipment. Rigger Level 1 personnel will undertake higher-level rigging responsibilities according to their certification and project requirements while ensuring that lifting operations are carried out safely and correctly. Safety Officers will monitor daily site activities, identify potential hazards, promote safe working practices, and help ensure compliance with established shutdown safety procedures. Because this is a shutdown project, all workers are expected to follow instructions carefully, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a strong awareness of workplace safety throughout their assignments.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants for the Rigger positions should hold the required TUV certification and have the practical ability to perform rigging duties safely in an industrial environment. The requirement is for eight Rigger Level 3 workers at a rate of SAR 14 per hour and one Rigger Level 1 worker at SAR 30 per hour. Safety Officers are required at a rate of SAR 24 per hour, with shutdown project experience specifically stated as mandatory. Candidates should have valid Iqama and other required documentation ready for immediate submission. Ajeer registration is mandatory for this opportunity. Preference should be given to candidates who are already available in Saudi Arabia and can mobilize without delay, as the project has an urgent deployment schedule.
