Site Manager, Pre-Commissioning Engineer, Hydrotest Supervisor & Scaffolding Inspector
Quality Development Contracting Est. (QDCC) is urgently recruiting experienced professionals for multiple positions on the PS-3, PS-7, and PS-10 projects in Saudi Arabia. Immediate mobilization is available for qualified candidates. This is a five-month project offering opportunities for Aramco-approved professionals and experienced engineering and management personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned positions. Scaffolding Inspectors will inspect scaffolding systems, verify compliance with Aramco standards, and ensure safe access for work activities. Pre-Commissioning Engineers will oversee pre-commissioning activities, conduct system testing, and ensure project readiness before commissioning. Hydrotest Supervisors will manage hydrostatic testing operations, ensure testing procedures are followed, and maintain safety compliance. Site Managers and Construction Managers will supervise project execution, coordinate teams, manage schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective fields. Scaffolding Inspectors, Pre-Commissioning Engineers, and Hydrotest Supervisors must be Aramco Approved. Site Managers and Construction Managers must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment are essential.
