Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary according to the selected position and project assignment. Safety personnel, including WPRs, Safety Officers, HSE Inspectors, Safety Supervisors, Fire Watchmen, Standby Men, and AGTs, will support permit control, hazard monitoring, confined-space activities, gas testing, and workplace safety. Scaffolding teams will erect, modify, inspect, supervise, and dismantle scaffolding according to approved procedures. Civil workers will perform reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, finishing, painting, surveying, concrete, supervision, and quality-control activities. Mechanical personnel will support mechanical installation, piping, fabrication, welding, insulation, supervision, and inspection. Riggers will assist with lifting and material-handling operations according to their certified level. Sandblasters and industrial spray painters will prepare and coat surfaces according to project specifications. Helpers will provide general assistance to skilled workers and site teams. Every employee will be expected to follow project safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, maintain housekeeping, and comply with supervisor instructions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should possess practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for. Supervisory and inspection positions should be supported by suitable professional experience and qualifications, while specialized roles such as WPR, AGT, scaffolding, welding, rigging, surveying, and QC may require relevant certifications or approvals depending on the project requirements. Welders should apply according to their actual 6G, TIG, or MIG experience, while Riggers should identify their appropriate Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 experience. Skilled civil and mechanical workers should have hands-on experience in their respective trades. General Helpers and trade Helpers should be physically fit and capable of supporting site operations.
