Tahani Qaed Eid Al Otaibi Contracting Est. (TAC) is urgently recruiting four experienced Rigger Level 2 personnel for a long-term project in Nariyah-2, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
The Rigger Level 2 will assist with lifting, shifting, positioning, and securing loads according to approved rigging procedures and instructions from supervisors. Responsibilities may include selecting suitable lifting accessories, inspecting slings, shackles, hooks, and other rigging equipment before use, and ensuring loads are properly secured before lifting. The rigger will work closely with crane operators, lifting supervisors, and other site personnel to coordinate safe lifting operations using recognized hand signals and communication methods. Maintaining safe distances from suspended loads, identifying potential hazards, and immediately reporting damaged equipment or unsafe conditions are essential duties. The selected candidates must follow project safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, maintain good housekeeping, and ensure that lifting activities are carried out carefully and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Applicants must have at least five years of rigging experience and practical knowledge of industrial lifting and material-handling operations. Candidates should understand different types of lifting accessories, load securing methods, basic lifting plans, hand signals, and safe working practices.
