Key Responsibilities
Rigger-2 workers will assist with preparing and securing loads, selecting suitable lifting accessories, guiding loads, and coordinating with crane operators and supervisors during lifting activities. They must follow approved lifting procedures and maintain safe working conditions around lifting operations. Helpers will assist skilled workers by carrying and arranging materials, preparing work areas, handling tools, maintaining housekeeping, and performing other general duties assigned by supervisors. All workers must follow site safety instructions, use appropriate protective equipment, and report damaged tools, unsafe conditions, or other workplace hazards. Employees should also maintain discipline and cooperate with other members of the project team.
Skills and Professional Knowledge
Rigger-2 applicants should have practical experience in rigging and lifting activities and understand the safe use of slings, shackles, hooks, and other lifting accessories. They should be able to communicate effectively with crane operators and site supervisors. Helper candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and capable of performing general support and labor duties. Applicants should be able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. The employer requires all documents to remain valid for at least three months. Required documentation includes Absher Iqama, passport copy, Muqeem, Medical, and Insurance.
