Instrumentation QC Inspector

An Instrumentation QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and monitoring instrumentation and control-system work to ensure that installations meet approved project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Trindus Engineering has announced an urgent requirement for two Instrumentation QC Inspectors for a long-term project in Saudi Arabia. The vacancy is specifically intended for Aramco-approved and CBT-passed candidates. Quality control is essential in industrial projects because accurate inspection helps prevent installation defects, maintain equipment reliability, and ensure that completed work complies with engineering and project requirements. Candidates who meet the stated approval and certification conditions should be prepared for immediate mobilization after the interview.

Key Responsibilities

The Instrumentation QC Inspector will inspect instrumentation installation and related activities throughout the project and verify that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, inspection procedures, and quality requirements. Duties may include checking instrument installation, tubing, fittings, supports, cabling, connections, and other associated components. The inspector will identify defects or deviations, document inspection findings, coordinate with construction teams, and follow up on corrective actions. Maintaining accurate inspection records and supporting quality documentation will also be important. The inspector should communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, technicians, and quality personnel to ensure that identified issues are resolved before work progresses to the next stage.

Skills and Professional Knowledge

Candidates should have relevant experience in instrumentation quality control and a strong understanding of industrial instrumentation systems and inspection procedures. Aramco approval and CBT certification are specifically required for this opportunity, so applicants must meet these requirements before applying. Candidates should be familiar with project specifications, inspection documentation, quality-control procedures, and instrumentation installation practices. Strong observation, reporting, communication, and technical coordination skills are important for the role. Applicants should also be prepared to complete the interview process promptly because immediate mobilization is required after successful selection.
