Key Responsibilities
Steel Fixers will be responsible for cutting, bending, placing, and securing reinforcement steel according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Carpenters will carry out formwork, shuttering, and other carpentry-related construction tasks while ensuring quality workmanship.
Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment movement, site cleaning, and general labor activities. Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures while following approved safety procedures. Candidates in all categories must work efficiently, cooperate with site supervisors, and maintain workplace safety throughout the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have practical experience in their respective trades and be capable of working on large-scale construction projects. Steel Fixers and Carpenters should understand construction drawings and standard site practices. Helpers should be physically fit and able to support daily site operations. Scaffolders must possess the original TUV certificate and have experience in safe scaffolding installation and dismantling.
Candidates must have a valid Absher Iqama, insurance, Muqeem, body fitness certificate, and passport. Strong teamwork, discipline, and commitment to safety and quality standards are essential for successful employment.
