Key Responsibilities
Fire Watchers will monitor hot work activities, identify fire hazards, inspect fire prevention equipment, and respond immediately to any unsafe conditions during welding, cutting, or grinding operations. They must ensure all safety procedures are followed and maintain continuous surveillance throughout hot work activities.
Stand By Men will provide safety support during confined space entry and hazardous operations by monitoring workers, maintaining communication, and responding promptly during emergencies. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment movement, housekeeping, and general site support while following supervisor instructions. All candidates must comply with company safety regulations and perform their assigned duties responsibly.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience in industrial or construction projects and understand basic workplace safety procedures. Fire Watchers and Stand By Men should be familiar with safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and hazard awareness. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of supporting daily site activities.
