Key Responsibilities
The selected Manlift Operators will safely operate manlift equipment to transport personnel and tools to elevated work areas on offshore projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-operation equipment inspections, following approved lifting procedures, maintaining communication with supervisors and banksmen, and ensuring compliance with offshore safety regulations. Operators will also assist in maintaining equipment records, report any defects immediately, and support safe working practices throughout project operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience operating manlifts on industrial or offshore projects and possess a valid operating competency. Candidates must have strong knowledge of offshore safety procedures, hazard awareness, emergency response, and working at height requirements. Good communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in demanding offshore environments are essential. All required offshore safety training certificates must be valid before applying.
