Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders will erect and dismantle scaffolding structures while following safety procedures. Electricians and E&I Technicians will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems. Riggers will safely perform lifting and rigging activities, while Grinders will prepare metal surfaces for fabrication and welding. Cable Pullers will install and route electrical cables, whereas Helpers and Civil Helpers will assist construction teams in completing daily site activities efficiently.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant experience in industrial construction projects and possess a strong understanding of workplace safety, quality standards, and trade-specific procedures. Applicants must be physically fit, able to work in demanding site conditions, and capable of working effectively within a team. Good communication skills, discipline, and a commitment to following company policies are essential. Candidates applying for scaffolding positions must have a valid TUV certification, while Safety Officers and technical staff should possess relevant qualifications and practical field experience.
