Job Description

The company is hiring Carpenters, Foremen, Helpers, Scaffolders, and Painters to support ongoing construction projects. These professionals are responsible for completing structural, finishing, and maintenance work while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with project safety standards. Successful candidates will work closely with supervisors and project teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently and contribute to the timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Carpenters will construct, install, and repair wooden structures, formwork, doors, and other building components. Steel Fixer Foremen and Carpenter Foremen will supervise work crews, allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Civil Foremen will coordinate site activities, manage labour, and oversee construction progress. Helpers will assist skilled workers by transporting materials, preparing tools, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting daily site operations. Scaffolders with Original TUV certification will safely erect, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding systems. Painters will prepare surfaces, apply paints and protective coatings, and ensure high-quality finishing work according to project specifications.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have practical experience in their respective trade and the ability to work in a construction environment. Foreman positions require leadership skills and previous supervisory experience. Scaffolders must possess an Original TUV Certificate. Candidates should be physically fit, capable of following safety procedures, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Required documents include Absher Iqama (online Iqama accepted), Photo Muqeem, Medical Certificate, Passport, Insurance, and Passport-size Photograph.
