Position Overview
An Internal Issuer is responsible for issuing, coordinating, and controlling work permits within an industrial facility. The role ensures that maintenance, construction, and operational activities comply with ARAMCO safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements. Internal Issuers work closely with supervisors, safety personnel, and contractors to ensure all work is authorised and performed safely.
Main Responsibilities
Selected candidates will review work requests, issue and manage work permits, verify that all safety requirements are met before work begins, coordinate with operations and maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with ARAMCO permit-to-work procedures. They will monitor ongoing work activities, maintain permit records, communicate with site personnel, and help ensure that all tasks are completed safely and according to project standards.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of 3–4 years of relevant industrial experience in permit-to-work operations. A valid WPR Third Party Card is mandatory for this position. Candidates should have a good understanding of ARAMCO safety procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
