MRC is urgently recruiting Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Masons, and Helpers for a construction project in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The company is offering immediate mobilisation, competitive hourly rates, and company-provided Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT). Position Overview

Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Masons, and Helpers are essential members of every construction project. Carpenters construct and install wooden structures, formwork, and finishing components. Steel Fixers prepare and install reinforcement bars that strengthen concrete structures. Masons build walls, foundations, and other structural elements using bricks, blocks, or concrete materials. Helpers assist skilled workers by handling materials, preparing work areas, and supporting daily site operations. Together, these trades ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering standards.

Main Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties based on their respective trades while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. Carpenters will prepare and assemble formwork, install wooden structures, and read construction drawings. Steel Fixers will cut, bend, and tie reinforcement steel according to structural specifications. Masons will lay bricks and blocks, apply mortar, and complete masonry work with precision. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, loading and unloading, housekeeping, and general labour tasks. All employees must follow company safety procedures, maintain productivity, and work effectively as part of the construction team.

Required Skills and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should have practical experience in their respective trade and be physically fit to work on construction sites. Candidates must possess a Valid Iqama Copy, AJEER Registration, and all other normal employment documents. An Original Passport is mandatory for mobilisation. Individuals who can join immediately, follow workplace safety standards, and demonstrate reliability and teamwork will be given preference during the recruitment process.
